She was extremely helpful with all of my many questions I had through out the several months I took with deciding on the right set for my kitchen. The table came earlier than expected in perfect condition(no hacks or scratches) they set it up for me and I cant express enough how pleased I am with everything. These chairs are wonderful! We have been using the chairs (and the table) for about six weeks now. The chairs are so comfortable. We got the leather seats--highly recommend doing so. Everyone says that these chairs are so lovely to sit on. The wood is beautiful, clearly skilled craftsmen made the chairs (table and sideboard). Thank you!

We received our Wyndham Slat Quartersawn White Oak king bed this week. My wife and I couldn't be happier! It is an absolute work of art! We can't get over how wonderful it looks in our bedroom. She is beyond pleased and thankful that I announced to her one day that I ordered it (after waiting three years from our initial interest in the bed). The stain samples you sent on the actual wood we wanted to use were a huge help to match our other bedroom pieces, resulting in the bed matching perfectly!!! What was even more helpful is you were able to accommodate our special floor clearance needs for the side rails due to the raised metal frame platform we use under our mattress. Your craftsmen were spot-on and it fits around the frame like a glove. Please tell your builders for us that they are incredibly talented. Delivery was made exactly as you indicated. The delivery men were extremely professional, courteous, and very helpful in putting our bedroom back together. There is one item we regret, however: waiting far too long to order! I will never second-guess our decision to order from your company for anything in the future. While we WANT everything you offer, the next time we NEED a piece, you will be our first, second, and third considerations.

This company knows how to do business. When you call, an actual person answers the phone. They are great with communication. They send all kinds of samples to choose from so you can be certain you get the correct match. I have a desk I wanted to match. They sent samples twice and I couldn't be happier with the result! The delivery was exceptional. They communicated exactly when they would arrive. The quality of the chair and the quality of business is above and beyond. It is well worth the wait. You'll have an heirloom piece to pass down for generations.
