Distinctive vertical slats on the high headboard give the clean, linear profile a wonderful dimension, and exposed joinery adds a bit of rustic farmhouse flair. The Apex Bed is offered in four sizes ranging from full to California king; all sizes accept a box spring and mattress on hardwood slats.

Though shown in a more rustic Rough Sawn Maple and a Barley Brown stain, the charming bed design will be built and finished to your specifications. Indicate your size and style preferences and our expert Amish woodworkers will create the Barley Brown you envision.

Mel and the entire staff were extremely helpful, working with us to match the stain color with our other bedroom furniture and allowing us to make a change to the bed legs. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and this is a well-made, great-attention-to-detail, outstanding-quality piece of furniture.

We purchased a King size platform storage bed frame at the end of April in the middle of Covid shutdown. The normal turnaround time was 3 months and, despite workplace restrictions, the frame was done on time. A sample of the wood we had chosen was sent in May so we could confirm or change the order which we greatly appreciated. The purchase included delivery with set up. The delivery company was prompt and friendly. The salespeople were always helpful and very friendly. I love this company and plan to buy additional furniture from them. Highly recommend using Countryside Amish Furniture.

My husband and I purchased the entire Alpine Bedroom set (King bed frame, dresser with mirror, two nightstands, and chest) shortly after our honeymoon in 2017. It's been three years now and we've survived a big move to Germany this summer and still, we are commenting on how this was the best purchase of furniture we've made!
