This luxurious bed frame is crafted of kiln-dried American hardwood and the low profile design also features tapered feet, inset panels, and open headboard slats. Each oversized side rail is equipped with three dovetailed drawers affixed to undermounted slides. Access your belongings with ease thanks to a full extension and soft closure with each use. Additional slide-out storage space is included in the bed's footboard.

The overall appearance of your Barbeau Storage Bed is left up to you, as each real wood platform bed is handmade to order in the heart of Amish country. Request real wood finish samples to view at home, or order the classic as shown in Rustic Hickory with a hand-applied Burnished Honey stain.

We bought the king size bed frame as an upgrade from a previous queen sized IKEA bed frame and wanted to match the frame to a hardwood dresser and night table that I already owned, but the previous company had gone out of business years ago. Countryside Amish was very accommodating and let us order more wood samples than usual so that we could try and match the wood type and stain to my current furniture. We ended up finding a near-perfect match and ordered the bed and one matching night table and a chest of drawers for my husband. The workmanship is lovely, the bed frame feels incredibly sturdy, and all the drawers are soft-close and smooth inside so you can put bed linens in them without snagging! We're very happy with this purchase.
