Ok, this is about to sound like a commercial, but when you find something amazing you have to share.
Some things are worth waiting for!! When we decided to settle in one place we both agreed that it was time for a new kitchen table. After an EXTENSIVE search, I found Countryside Amish Furniture, LLC . Solid wood (nothing engineered and no veneers), amazing construction, comparable in price to other stores, I was able to pick the wood and stain color, $150 nationwide delivery, and a military discount! The only downside is that it took 20 weeks to get it from the time I placed my order, but I knew that going in. Ooh, and the customer service experience was top-notch! With two internal butterfly leaves it goes from seating 6 to up to 14 with the right chair configuration. I am in love!!!

I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was ordering furniture from Countryside Amish. We had never done this in the past and were a bit nervous but you made us very comfortable. Then all was delivered last week and we are so very happy with the look and quality of the craftsmanship! Absolutely gorgeous! So much so that I just ordered another piece to match that room! I searched high and low for a table that was exactly like this- 2 leaves that were hidden away and making the table smaller than my old table in the closed position and bigger with the leaves. It's sturdy and gorgeous.

We bought this table recently as our kitchen/dining table since we don't have a separate dining room. We love the look and feel, the pieces fit together incredibly smoothly and lock in place, and the leaves expand the table perfectly. We bought the 36x60 -- the table without any leaves can fit 4 people comfortably, or 6 people tightly. The table with both leaves can fit 8 people comfortably, or 12 people tightly. My husband loves the look of the rough sawn maple, where the "imperfections" add to the aesthetic, and it's both a visually elegant and a perfect "tavern table" feel at the same time.
