We are first time customer & we were most impressed even from the very beginning. When our chest was delivered, it was an instant “WOW” in our bedroom. We did however found an issue - it appeared that the lock was installed a little bit higher on the chest, which made it difficult to unlock with the key. In fact while trying to unlock it, it did unfortunately caused a small chip on the inner lid of the wood surface. After our email communication with Sales & Logistics, we got the response back - they are going to build a new chest for us & swap out the one we have now once the new one is ready! Both my husband & I are extremely pleased & grateful! We truly believe Countryside indeed is an awesome & reputable company with SUPERB customer service! My husband said, “Wow....that really makes me want to give them more business!”

The chairs matched the table perfectly. The table is 48 years old and is made of solid wood and your chairs look like they were always a part of the set. The set is located in our breakfast area and looks like the day we purchased it. Just a quick note to tell you how very satisfied we are with the beautiful chairs. The two file cabinets are beautiful but the side raised panels should of been thinker stock. My wains coating and house cabinets used thicker stock and you can fell the difference.
