With 24 sizes to choose from, the Cypress Creek Dining Table can be adapted to perfectly serve your formal dining room or eat-in kitchen. Starting with a 1 1/2" thick solid table top, our artisans then build of the edge until it reaches a 3 1/2" thickness. This impressive top paired with 5 1/2" block legs is sure to create a massive statement in solid Rough Sawn Maple. A pair of bread board extension leaves are included with each table.

Although shown in a gray stain, the simple Cypress Creek Dining Table can be finished in a number of hand-rubbed stains. Navigate our online menu or contact Countryside to get started on your order. SIZE: My wife and I love our table. We're a large, nuclear family (four children). We eat together at least once a day; we play lots of board games, and there's lots of homework! Our extended family lives nearby so we wanted a table large enough to seat them. Once the two leaves are out, we can seat 10 comfortably. (Maybe 12 ... if they really like their neighbors.) STYLE: We liked this table for its simplicity and traditional Japanese (through tenon and trestle legs) look. Our children tend to make lots of messes so working around the feet is easy (Roomba is more thorough as well). We also like the ability to fit chairs where the legs rest, comfortably. FIT FINISH: The table is well made. The finish is even, hard, and beautiful. We chose Oak with Winter Bark to contrast our natural hickory floors. I have two complaints. The first is the joinery where the two edges meet in the middle. There's a slight bow in the middle which causes a 1/16th gap on each end. Not a huge deal, and to be expected from handmade furniture. My second issue is the through tenon. It's not real. The ends are faux covers to hide the bolts that hold the table together. The description even states "mortise & tenon trestle". I may end up making my own someday when the warranty and kids are gone. COMPANY: They're very communicative and friendly. The delivery company set up the table and made sure it was level and we were happy. We'll be buying from them again.
