well made good craftsmanship

I needed something very specific and scoured the internet to see if it existed. I was a little leery of ordering site unseen, but the process could not have been better. From communication with the company before the purchase, the purchase process itself, the color choices to delivery, everything was smooth. And the quality of the piece itself is top notch.

I purchased the Brigette cheval mirror for my wife for her birthday. The mirror frame and stand is of the highest quality in every way from the joinery to the finish. My wife loves the mirror and it fits into our eclectic antique bedroom suite perfectly. I have told many friends and family members to keep Countryside in mind if they are looking for quality Amish built furnishings.

I bought this table with a set of four chairs that I had already submitted a review. As I said in my chair's review this is very good quality furniture and the customer service at Countryside was outstanding. Many thanks to Lauren Franklin for everything she did in helping me choose this table with the Jarrett mission side dining chairs. I love my kitchen set and would highly recommend Countryside if your looking for well-made furniture that's going to last for many many years to come.

Table arrived few weeks early and was in great shape. We have been using a few months now and have had 0 issues and it stands up great to my 4 kids. Very sturdy and beautiful.

SIZE: My wife and I love our table. We're a large, nuclear family (four children). We eat together at least once a day; we play lots of board games, and there's lots of homework! Our extended family lives nearby so we wanted a table large enough to seat them. Once the two leaves are out, we can seat 10 comfortably. (Maybe 12 ... if they really like their neighbors.) STYLE: We liked this table for its simplicity and traditional Japanese (through tenon and trestle legs) look. Our children tend to make lots of messes so working around the feet is easy (Roomba is more thorough as well). We also like the ability to fit chairs where the legs rest, comfortably. FIT FINISH: The table is well made. The finish is even, hard, and beautiful. We chose Oak with Winter Bark to contrast our natural hickory floors. I have two complaints. The first is the joinery where the two edges meet in the middle. There's a slight bow in the middle which causes a 1/16th gap on each end. Not a huge deal, and to be expected from handmade furniture. My second issue is the through tenon. It's not real. The ends are faux covers to hide the bolts that hold the table together. The description even states "mortise & tenon trestle". I may end up making my own someday when the warranty and kids are gone. COMPANY: They're very communicative and friendly. The delivery company set up the table and made sure it was level and we were happy. We'll be buying from them again.

We just received the furniture, it was delivered and set up in the home. The bed frame is incredible. We have an adjustable bed and they made the frame to go right around the base. The wood is beautiful and heavy. We love it.
