For the wear-resistance of your bed's finish, our Amish artisans use a cabinet-grade, catalyzed conversion varnish.

If you prefer the pictured look, choose smooth Brown Maple with a Burnished Honey finish for your wooden panel bed. Each modern Shaker centerpiece is handmade to order in the size, wood species, and finish you most prefer.

We bought this bed along with the crofton nightstands and dresser and we absolutely love them. You have to wait awhile for your furniture, but it's 100% worth it. I don't think you can get this level quality anywhere else for the price. It's heavy and beautiful oak, and our Winter Bark stain looks fabulous. THey moved it in and installed everything for us and we honestly couldn't be happier. We hope to continue using this company in the future

My husband and I purchased the entire Alpine Bedroom set (King bed frame, dresser with mirror, two nightstands, and chest) shortly after our honeymoon in 2017. It's been three years now and we've survived a big move to Germany this summer and still, we are commenting on how this was the best purchase of furniture we've made! Being a surgeon who also is highly skilled and knowledgeable in woodworking himself, my husband is thoroughly impressed by the quality, design, and superior craftsmanship of the furniture. We bought the king size bed frame as an upgrade from a previous queen sized IKEA bed frame and wanted to match the frame to a hardwood dresser and night table that I already owned, but the previous company had gone out of business years ago. Countryside Amish was very accommodating and let us order more wood samples than usual so that we could try and match the wood type and stain to my current furniture. We ended up finding a near-perfect match and ordered the bed and one matching night table and a chest of drawers for my husband. The workmanship is lovely, the bed frame feels incredibly sturdy, and all the drawers are soft-close and smooth inside so you can put bed linens in them without snagging! We're very happy with this purchase.
