Modern Oak Trestle Table

A delicate shift of a Mission rail on the base of your Misty Valley Trestle Table makes it a versatile companion to existing furnishings. Pictured in Quartersawn White Oak with Cinnamon Stick stain, you can make this trestle table quite Modern in a Brown Maple with a dark stain. Depending on companion pieces, this dining table can also work well in a Craftsman setting. Customize your dinner table to match or contrast with your dining room or kitchen.

Your expanding trestle table opens with gear-driven slides and accepts up to four 12" leaves. At its largest and fully expanded, this table seats 10-14 depending on your space requirements. Leaves do self-store, so you need not worry about your closet space when deciding on leaves. Do note, however, that leaves are not available to purchase at a later date. Ok, this is about to sound like a commercial, but when you find something amazing you have to share. Some things are worth waiting for!! When we decided to settle in one place we both agreed that it was time for a new kitchen table. After an EXTENSIVE search, I found Countryside Amish Furniture, LLC . Solid wood (nothing engineered and no veneers), amazing construction, comparable in price to other stores, I was able to pick the wood and stain color, $150 nationwide delivery, and a military discount! The only downside is that it took 20 weeks to get it from the time I placed my order, but I knew that going in. Ooh, and the customer service experience was top-notch! With two internal butterfly leaves it goes from seating 6 to up to 14 with the right chair configuration. I am in love!!!

The Harcourt Contemporary Pedestal Table and the Chasten Dining Chairs are absolutely, utterly, completely GORGEOUS!!! I get this soft smile every time I walk by or sit down - still, after all this time. They're classically beautiful together. The curves. The wood grain. The craftsmanship. And the delivery was flawless. Polite. Efficient. Carefully intelligent. But back to the table and chairs - I mean it - they have become the centerpiece of the great room. And the stain is absolutely perfect.

I chose the Flintt Pullout Console Table without the Hutch top. I also ordered a sideboard, a dining bench, and a writing desk with the same finish options used for the table.
