You have to wait for the furniture to be built, and in today’s economy of instant gratification that’s a mental adjustment...but WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The process, customer service, craftsmanship and the white glove delivery and assembly were perfect. I bought this set (bed, tall dresser, and 2 night stands) for my parents, but it will last for generations. I’m already looking for a set for myself!!
The only thing that I could think that could be improved about this particular product is that a bed with storage underneath would be a great option to have (which maybe there is, and I just missed it).

I had a really good experience with Countryside Amish Furniture. Lauren Franklin helped me in choosing my kitchen table and chairs set. She was extremely helpful with all of my many questions I had through out the several months I took with deciding on the right set for my kitchen. The table came earlier than expected in perfect condition(no hacks or scratches) they set it up for me and I cant express enough how pleased I am with everything. This company knows how to do business. When you call, an actual person answers the phone. They are great with communication. They send all kinds of samples to choose from so you can be certain you get the correct match. I have a desk I wanted to match. They sent samples twice and I couldn't be happier with the result! The delivery was exceptional. They communicated exactly when they would arrive. The quality of the chair and the quality of business is above and beyond. It is well worth the wait. You'll have an heirloom piece to pass down for generations.
