Would use someone use to urban congestion. Came on time did not return for over 3 hours.Was in a hurrary to drive to next delivery in next state. Did not have time to explan

You have to wait for the furniture to be built, and in today’s economy of instant gratification that’s a mental adjustment...but WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The process, customer service, craftsmanship and the white glove delivery and assembly were perfect. I bought this set (bed, tall dresser, and 2 night stands) for my parents, but it will last for generations. I’m already looking for a set for myself!!
The only thing that I could think that could be improved about this particular product is that a bed with storage underneath would be a great option to have (which maybe there is, and I just missed it).

We are happy with the purchase. I have a couple of recommendations. The groves and “distressing “ on the top do not show clearly on the picture that is featured on the Internet and are not preferred. Thanks for not putting any distressing on the other surfaces. If you had I may have sent it back. The slight curvature around the doors detracts from the piece, making it appear sort of “rustic”. The young man that delivered it arrived on a Sunday instead of his original time. We were out of town, but my daughter happened to be here and he was able to deliver the furniture. Ordering furniture without seeing it in person requires a bit of faith. Countryside was recommended to me by my sister, her dining table turned out great. I was on the hunt for the perfect mid-century bedroom set that would be built to last. I settled on the Cove City very quickly but I needed help when it came to wood and stain choice. Lauren was so patient with my inquiries, I even got 10 different stain samples. She was there every step of the way to answer my questions about wood grain, stain undertones, and all things design. The end result is a GORGEOUS set that perfectly suits our style. The wait is well worth it. We are so happy with our purchase and will definitely be recommending Countryside to anyone looking for furniture to last a lifetime.
