We bought this table recently as our kitchen/dining table since we don't have a separate dining room. We love the look and feel, the pieces fit together incredibly smoothly and lock in place, and the leaves expand the table perfectly. We bought the 36x60 -- the table without any leaves can fit 4 people comfortably, or 6 people tightly. The table with both leaves can fit 8 people comfortably, or 12 people tightly. My husband loves the look of the rough sawn maple, where the "imperfections" add to the aesthetic, and it's both a visually elegant and a perfect "tavern table" feel at the same time.

I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was ordering furniture from Countryside Amish. We had never done this in the past and were a bit nervous but you made us very comfortable. I was very pleased with the delivery and table. The man kept in touch with me for efficient delivery and put it together pleasantly. I like the table very much. However the other day I heard a metal sound like something had dropped on the floor, and I found a screw from the table. So my son will lay on the floor, look up and reinsert that screw carefully. Yes, I'd give you five stars!

I searched high and low for a table that was exactly like this- 2 leaves that were hidden away and making the table smaller than my old table in the closed position and bigger with the leaves. It's sturdy and gorgeous.
