We purchased a King size platform storage bed frame at the end of April in the middle of Covid shutdown. The normal turnaround time was 3 months and, despite workplace restrictions, the frame was done on time. A sample of the wood we had chosen was sent in May so we could confirm or change the order which we greatly appreciated. The purchase included delivery with set up. The delivery company was prompt and friendly. The salespeople were always helpful and very friendly. I love this company and plan to buy additional furniture from them. They send all kinds of samples to choose from so you can be certain you get the correct match. I have a desk I wanted to match. They sent samples twice and I couldn't be happier with the result! The delivery was exceptional. They communicated exactly when they would arrive. The quality of the chair and the quality of business is above and beyond. It is well worth the wait.
