I needed something very specific and scoured the internet to see if it existed. I was a little leery of ordering site unseen, but the process could not have been better. From communication with the company before the purchase, the purchase process itself, the color choices to delivery, everything was smooth. And the quality of the piece itself is top notch.

I just wanted to pass that I received my desk furniture and it is great. I was uneasy buying online without seeing the furniture in person but you didn't disappoint - it is fantastic. Appreciate the delivery and set up.

The chairs matched the table perfectly. The table is 48 years old and is made of solid wood and your chairs look like they were always a part of the set. The set is located in our breakfast area and looks like the day we purchased it. Just a quick note to tell you how very satisfied we are with the beautiful chairs. We received our Wyndham Slat Quartersawn White Oak king bed this week. My wife and I couldn't be happier! It is an absolute work of art! We can't get over how wonderful it looks in our bedroom. She is beyond pleased and thankful that I announced to her one day that I ordered it (after waiting three years from our initial interest in the bed). The stain samples you sent on the actual wood we wanted to use were a huge help to match our other bedroom pieces, resulting in the bed matching perfectly!!! What was even more helpful is you were able to accommodate our special floor clearance needs for the side rails due to the raised metal frame platform we use under our mattress. Your craftsmen were spot-on and it fits around the frame like a glove. Please tell your builders for us that they are incredibly talented. Delivery was made exactly as you indicated. The delivery men were extremely professional, courteous, and very helpful in putting our bedroom back together. There is one item we regret, however: waiting far too long to order! I will never second-guess our decision to order from your company for anything in the future. While we WANT everything you offer, the next time we NEED a piece, you will be our first, second, and third considerations.

I chose the Flintt Pullout Console Table without the Hutch top. I also ordered a sideboard, a dining bench, and a writing desk with the same finish options used for the table. Friends thought I had lost my mind to make an investment in 4 pieces of furniture without seeing a single piece provided by Countryside. I believed that the reviews provided were accurate, but was still concerned about my investment. The furniture far exceeded my expectations and the white-glove delivery definitely exceeded my expectations...I highly recommend the console table and any other piece of furniture made by the Countryside artisans.
