love love the chair however did not know how to tilt it I called and received directions that did not help me much (i am an 80-year-old woman with arthritis) my grandson came and figured it out but it does not stay tilted back you have to stabilize it in tilt position with your legs so he built a stool for me that I rest my feet on and this works I should have verified this before ordering it.

Just wanted you to know how happy Steve and I are with our bed and nightstands. I can't believe I'm actually making my bed every day.

Chairs are great. Delivery not so good. He had problems with urban delivery. Would use someone use to urban congestion. Came on time did not return for over 3 hours.Was in a hurrary to drive to next delivery in next state. Did not have time to explan

She was extremely helpful with all of my many questions I had through out the several months I took with deciding on the right set for my kitchen. The table came earlier than expected in perfect condition(no hacks or scratches) they set it up for me and I cant express enough how pleased I am with everything. SIZE: My wife and I love our table. We're a large, nuclear family (four children). We eat together at least once a day; we play lots of board games, and there's lots of homework! Our extended family lives nearby so we wanted a table large enough to seat them. Once the two leaves are out, we can seat 10 comfortably. (Maybe 12 ... if they really like their neighbors.) STYLE: We liked this table for its simplicity and traditional Japanese (through tenon and trestle legs) look. Our children tend to make lots of messes so working around the feet is easy (Roomba is more thorough as well). We also like the ability to fit chairs where the legs rest, comfortably. FIT FINISH: The table is well made. The finish is even, hard, and beautiful. We chose Oak with Winter Bark to contrast our natural hickory floors. I have two complaints. The first is the joinery where the two edges meet in the middle. There's a slight bow in the middle which causes a 1/16th gap on each end. Not a huge deal, and to be expected from handmade furniture. My second issue is the through tenon. It's not real. The ends are faux covers to hide the bolts that hold the table together. The description even states "mortise & tenon trestle". I may end up making my own someday when the warranty and kids are gone. COMPANY: They're very communicative and friendly. The delivery company set up the table and made sure it was level and we were happy. We'll be buying from them again.
