This company knows how to do business. When you call, an actual person answers the phone. They are great with communication. They send all kinds of samples to choose from so you can be certain you get the correct match. I have a desk I wanted to match. They sent samples twice and I couldn't be happier with the result! The delivery was exceptional. They communicated exactly when they would arrive. The quality of the chair and the quality of business is above and beyond. It is well worth the wait. You have to wait for the furniture to be built, and in today’s economy of instant gratification that’s a mental adjustment...but WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The process, customer service, craftsmanship and the white glove delivery and assembly were perfect. I bought this set (bed, tall dresser, and 2 night stands) for my parents, but it will last for generations. I’m already looking for a set for myself!!
The only thing that I could think that could be improved about this particular product is that a bed with storage underneath would be a great option to have (which maybe there is, and I just missed it).

What a reminder of true craftsmanship -this is truly a beautiful desk. The wood is rich and warm, and smooth as silk. I'm so glad I came across Countryside Amish furniture. I really disliked the manufactured wood and veneers that seem to be everywhere these days. The cost and wait were well worth it for the quality.

The chairs matched the table perfectly. The table is 48 years old and is made of solid wood and your chairs look like they were always a part of the set. The set is located in our breakfast area and looks like the day we purchased it. Just a quick note to tell you how very satisfied we are with the beautiful chairs.
